This bracelet is a combination of fresh water pearls, natural morganite stones and Japanese seed beads. It has a 14k gold filled clasp and extension chain and a 7.5mm gold plated sterling silver vermeil star charm. Length 17.5-19.5cm.

Refunds/returns
We don't offer refunds unless an item is faulty as our jewellery is handmade to order however, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please contact us up to 7 days after receipt to arrange at sales@etoilesetbisous.com.
All items must be unworn and sent back in the original packaging. Please send your items via a trackable postal service, as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Return postage costs will be refunded for faulty items.
When will I get my jewellery?
Please allow a minimum of 7 working days for your jewellery to be despatched. If you need an item sooner please email us and we will try and accommodate your request.
Recycled Packaging
Our shredded packaging is reusable, recyclable and biodegradable and our packing boxes are 100% eco-friendly.
Jewellery Care and Sizing
What to avoid
All our jewellery is hand-crafted using natural semi-precious gemstones, pearls and glass beads. Due to the nature of these natural stones please avoid perfumes, lotions, showering, swimming or going in the sea in your jewellery.
Every piece is unique
Hand-made to order by myself in London, every bead is individual so each piece is one of a kind and may vary slightly.
Sizing
The size of every necklace and bracelet is stated in the description, but may differ by up to 0.5cm due to slight differences in every bead and the hand-made nature of the item.

Shipping
How long for dispatch?
All items are hand-made by Fiona, please allow 7 working days for pieces to be dispatched. If you need an item sooner, I will try and accommodate your request.
Postage
All items posted to UK addresses will be sent by Royal Mail 48 (2-4 working days) or priority postage Royal Mail 24 (1-2 working days).
International - please contact for rates. Customs Charges or duties will apply for items travelling outside the UK, which must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.
